この度ブログを始めたので、投稿テストを兼ねて
今年の夏のささやかな出来事を書いてみる事に。
なぜ夏…もうすぐクリスマスなのに？ですよね。えぇ。←書こうと決めたら変える気が湧かない。苦笑
その日は娘がとても早く寝たし夫も帰って来たしで
買い忘れたものを買いにドラッグストアへ。そして隣にある本屋へ。
読みたいと思っている本はスマホのメモに書き留めてあるので
突然本屋に行っても「なんて本だっけか？」とならない。ふふ。
閉店30分前だったのでサッと選んで即レジへ。
娘が早く寝てくれて、夜風が気持ち良くて、本屋にも行けて栞も貰えて
もうすっかり夏の匂いがする夜道が最高で、自転車乗りながら思わず鼻唄歌ってた。
“街から本屋が消えたら終わりだよ”
と勝手に思っていて（極端？でも私は割と本気でそう思ってる）
以前職場があった駅前の44年営業していた老舗本屋が閉店しコンビニになると聞き
嗚呼あの街終わったなと思ってしまった。
急にその街が霞んで見えてツマラナイマチになった。
私も夫もふらっと本屋に立ち寄りウロウロ本を眺めて、気になった本があれば手に取り
そういう時間がとても癒し（ストレス発散）になっている。
気付いたら山ほど買っていて、そのまま近くの喫茶店でお茶を飲みながら
本を読む休日とか大好きだ。
本を選んでいる時間は自分の思考の整理になっていて
やる気が湧くしスッキリと気分が良い。
我が家は本は衝動買いして良いと決めていて、娘にもオモチャはすぐ買わないけど
本なら良いよという事が結構ある。
最近付録付きの雑誌ばかり欲しがるけどあれはほぼオモチャ。それは悩みどころ（苦笑）
ま、そういう雑誌もそれはそれで娘が楽しそうなので良いのかな。
で、何が言いたいのかというと近所に本屋があって本当に良かった！という事。
産後読書をする集中力が欠如し本離れしていたが、2023年は12冊読もう！と目標を立てたのだ。
今のところ目標は達成出来そう。ネットで即購入出来るし
世の中には電子書籍やオーディオブックもあるけれど
私はやっぱり本の匂いを吸いながら本選びをしたいので
どうか街から本屋が潰れないで欲しい。
